Modern Wins

Knoll Logo

Knoll’s Modern Always campaign was honored with an International Design Award from HOW, the well-respected publication founded in 1985 for the graphic design community. The competition recognizes excellence on a global scale, every year honoring entries from all over the world. HOW’s editorial and design team—along with judges Sagi Haviv, Mona Patel and Magnus Berg—evaluated more than 1,000 entries and selected winning projects that will be featured in the Spring 2017 issue of HOW magazine and online.

Since its launch during Knoll’s 75th anniversary in 2013, the Modern Always campaign has won numerous awards, as Knoll continues to launch new furnishings for home and office as well as reintroductions and reinterpretations of the classics. This year, the campaign grew to include the Prism Lounge Collection by architect David Adjaye, the Bertoia Collection in two-tone color combinations and the reintroduced Womb Settee, first designed by modernist Eero Saarinen in 1948. Appearing in leading art and design publications including Artforum, Wallpaper* and Architectural Digest and in the latest Graphis Advertising Annual, the campaign continues to deliver the best of Knoll’s classic and contemporary designs to international audiences.
