In today’s omni-channel world, even the smallest moments are big events. When every touchpoint and the details of every experience matter, how can we find the bandwidth to deliver on ever-higher customer expectations? In partnership with AMA Chicago, we’re hosting a breakfast session from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Cushman & Wakefield, the perfect riverfront setting to get the ideas flowing for elevating the customer experience—across media, channels and platforms. We’ll have industry leaders in real estate, digital media, financial services and more to spark dialogue and inspire action. Designing for an Omni-Channel Audience will look at innovative ways to engage and connect more deeply with consumers in an age of new technology and new behaviors.
